- The ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Dubai Frame does not hold any responsibility for lost, stolen, or misused tickets.
- Dubai Frame's daily operation hours are 9 AM to 9 PM, visitors are allowed to enter no later than 8 PM.
