• • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if altered and tickets.
• • Please enter via the attraction main entrance.
• • Enter the pre-booked ticket line and present all e-tickets either printed or on a mobile device, with the ability to be scanned.
• • At peak periods some queues are to still be anticipated however to keep these to a minimum, please only arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your chosen entry time.
• • That Merlin reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered will not be honored.
• • If lost, tickets will not be replaced. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18
• • Validity of the tickets printed on the ticket.
• • All entry is based on guests abiding by the terms of entry.
