- Free fleece gloves
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old
- Please note that lockers are not included with the Snow Classic Ticket Type. We advise guests to carry minimal items to avoid issues with locker availability during peak times.
- Food & beverages
- Caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to cold weather
- For safety reasons, children under 3 are not allowed
- Some rides are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women or those with back and neck problems

- Prior booking is needed for Lessons, Snow Bullet or Penguin Encounters.
- Be in Ski Dubai 45 minutes before your Lesson, Snow Bullet or Penguin Encounter starts.
- The refundable keycard deposit is not included in this voucher.
- Once exchanged, passes cannot be converted back to vouchers.
- Not for resale, no redeemable cash value.
- There is no refund for unused voucher.
- Ski Dubai is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or expired vouchers.
