• Late Arrivals:
• All passengers should arrive for check – in no later than 45 minutes prior to departure time.Unfortunately, we are not accountable for latecomers and have the right to release the flightas planned.
• Cancellation Policy by Passengers:
• • A 100% refund will be granted if the tour is cancelled more than 48 hours prior todeparture
• • A 50 % refund will be granted if the tour is cancelled 24 to 48 hours prior to departure.
• No refund will be granted for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
• Cancellation by Falcon Tours Services:
• If the tour had to be cancelled due to the weather conditions of technical problems, the customer will be notified through a phone call or email. A full refund can be granted, or a reschedule booking can be arranged.
• Refund Policy:
• The refund process will require completing and signing a refund form that is accompanied with supporting documents. The refunded amount will reflect in the provided bank account within 7 working days.
• Conditions of Carriage:
• Falcon Tours reserves the right to offload any passengers or any item if it is suspected to beunsafe, or may be harmful to the aircraft, crew, or passengers.
• Very Important:
• Smoking, food, and beverages are prohibited on our helicopter flights.
• Insurance:
• Passengers are insured in congruence with the local UAE Civil Aviation regulations
• Timings:
• Subject to prevailing weather conditions, we operate daily around the year from 10 am to 6pm from Atlantis the Palm Helipad.
